Are you a passionate professional female seeking a challenging role in a Foundation company? The Foundation are looking for a qualified professional to fill the vacancy of Personal Assistant to the CHAIRMAN ASSISTANT, the Profile holder will work closely with CHAIRMAN ASSISTANT to provide administrative support.
* Ensuring the effective and proactive diary management of the CHAIRMAN ASSISTANT
* Taking minutes of meetings
* Managing the backend requirements of the meetings. i.e
* Ensuring that any reports, documents and administrative tasks required by the CHAIRMAN ASSISTANT, including the provision of briefing information to support all meetings, are completed to the agreed standard and timescale
* Responsible for the organization, travel itinerary, planning and co-ordination of meetings, events and projects
* To compose draft letters and correspondence to the highest standard
* On behalf of the CHAIRMAN ASSISTANT read and understand correspondence (including emails) and take appropriate action where necessary
* Attend customer meetings and do the required follow up & travel where necessary
Coordinate the requirements of the CRM process, including addition of new users, clients, meeting management and documentation etc, maintaining a client database and records for marketing purposes
Coordination of internal communications
Other reasonable coordination and administration activities as required
* Degree and/or Higher Diploma in finance OR business administration highly desirable
* Minimum 5-10 years of working experience as Personal Assistant
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Planning, Organising & Coordinating
* Building Relationships / Interactive Skills
* Customer Focus & Customer Relations
* Meeting Minute Taking
* Excellent English Communication Skills (Written and Spoken)
* Quick Learner
